During my early career days as a corporate professional, I was constantly navigating roles that demanded resilience, adaptability, and growth. While these roles were fulfilling and promising, something in me felt amiss. These experiences combined with my personal journey inspired me to pursue formal education in mental health and the helping profession. This shift not only deepened my understanding of human behavior but also laid the foundation for a more meaningful and fulfilling career.

Aside from providing therapy to individuals as a licensed mental health therapist, I also undertake leadership roles and founded companies like Collab and Soul Space - focusing on holistic and workplace wellbeing, and mental health, respectively.

I have collaborated with clients such from developing wellbeing programme, crafting personalised solutions to consulting to improve organisations’ wellbeing initiatives. My passion and expertise also allowed me to be a part of speaking engagements on mental health and workplace wellbeing related topics for a wide range of clients across industries.

In a world where productivity, achievements and busyness are encouraged and celebrated, we may unknowingly drift away from self understanding and be caught up in just existing, but not living. I believe change starts with awareness and knowledge— seeing the patterns and shifting focus from the game to the ball. When we are being intentional, it creates a strong foundation for self exploration and sets path for a more fulfilling lives.

This starts with exploring how you are a port in the storm, an anchor and the source of clarity, fulfillment and healing.

  • What Drives Me: Helping others unlock their potential and create lives they find fulfilling and most aligned.
